I brought my Jeep in for a oil change and to have the check tire light checked. All tires had enough air but the TMS light is always on. They said that the TMS light was fixed, but by the time I got home the light was already back on. Also, they said that I had a severe oil leak but their is no oil on my driveway. They said that I needed a diagnosis to see what is wrong. If it was severe why did they offer to the diagnosis then.

I just bought my jeep November 2025 and went for my very first oil change. After I sat waiting for my oil change for 45 minutes I was told by the service agent that I had a coolant leak. He told me that I needed to leave my vehicle for 1 to 2 days for it to be diagnosed and that I would not be giving a loaner car. Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience. My understanding it is something the service manager needs to get a hold of. Because as we all know a problem like this always starts at the top. Alex did a great job of making sure I was well taken care of once I notified him of the situation.

The service advisor Chuck West was great to work with and understood how xxxxxx off I was with having to bring in my BRAND NEW TRUCK. I hold nothing against the dealership and everything that I'm xxxxxx about with RAM. I have had the 2025 RAM 3500 into the dealership 3 times. Tomorrow I will be taking it in for a recall.

Nice to be able to make an appointment for oil changes and if filters are dirty they show you and let you decide if you want to replace but they do offer recommendations

My truck is still having the issues it was taken in for over a month ago. The lack of communication, follow-up, and attention to detail is something that this service department didn't lack in the past. There are two other CDJR dealerships closer to my than the Aransas Pass location. I went there in the past due to quality of work and I am having doubts about that know.

The service was good but I was a little disappointed with the timing. I scheduled online for 8am and expected to be done in less than 90 minutes, but was told that there were 4 ahead of me and that it may take more than 2 hours. Since the weather was bad this caused a minimal disruption of my day.
